"Great hotel "

"We had to call everyday and ask for the fridge to be stocked towels and wash cloths food was less than mediocre. We were suppossed to get robes and slippers with the room we had to ask and the robes had no belts and the slippers looked used..there were not enough towels for the beach. Highly recommend you go somewhere else. Extremely disappointed stagf was unfriendly and really didn't care. Mirror in bathroom had black mold the frame "

"Second time returning to this hotel very pleasant stay staff if amazing except when they find out you purchased stuff at the airport cause they want to make you become a member and stuff but all you have to say is no no as far from that I recommend it especially as a couple very good service at the royal towers and adults only pool I visited in 2024 and just got back 3/30/2026 it did got a makeover so is very nice better than before "

"This property was nice and in agreat location. This is probably the best beach in Cancun. There are 2 pools, one is adults only, and both small. They didnt seem too crowded though, i think most people are on the beach. The staff was very nice, but unlike other resorts we have been to, their English was not great. The ac was not very cold, and we did get someone to fix it with my 9th grade spanish skills. It still was not very cold but i think they may have it set at a certain temp. With 4 people in a room it was warm to sleep. The beds were very hard. The food was not great but we were not able to make a reservation at any of the restaurants so it was the buffet almost everyday. Breakfast was ok, there is an omelet station, breads, yougurts, cereals and then random dishes. For lunch and dinner, there was also a limited selection. The kid corner was hamburgers or spaghetti. I have a very picky eater. We were invited by one of the servers, Didier, to the mexican restaurant. The food and service was excellent. After being there a few days, some of the staff recognized us and took care of us. We also ventured acrossed the street to a few restaurants. Those were pricey but we saved alot on the price of the resort so we broke even."

"A bit rundown. Although exterior seems well maintained our room was very basic and badly needed an update especially the bathroom. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful but front desk is understaffed and can be less than friendly at times. The check-in process is overly bureaucratic and time consuming and there is a constant stream of people needing to have their magnetic-card room keys reprogrammed as they quit working after a day or two."

"Cannot think of one bad thing about this resort! (Ok, if I had to be picky, the linens and pillows weren’t the best and the time share concierge was a little pushy but)…overall this was a pretty perfect stay. It is large, immaculately clean, the main pool is HUGE…. And the food was so much better than I thought it would be! Seriously some good eats… the sushi, breakfast and fish tacos were delicious and so was Hacienda Sisal. Service was great too… every day our room was cleaned and we had new bottles of water. We had so much fun. Hope to be back!!!!"

"Beach was great but there was construction from 8am-10pm it was no bueno One pool very small But the staff were were very nice to us as it was our honeymoon and the food was excellent Our room had a window into the hallway which was weird and the air condition made giant puddles on the floor. They were stingy about what we wore to the buffet no tank tops (odd for Mexico but again the food was great) Lots of ways they were trying to upsell which I don’t like personally "
