“Fully satisfactory. Inconvinient for parking”

“Loved everything! Great location, excellent beach club, helpful staff.”

“La ubicación es excelente”

“Don’t waste your money or your valuable vacation time on this hotel. The service was terrible! The woman checking people in couldn’t speak any English and upon arrival their credit card machine wasn’t working. It took us over 45 minutes waiting for her to troubleshoot the problem before she let us into the room. She also requested a deposit of $1000 in pesos or some form of identification to keep throughout our stay. We had just arrived and hadn’t obtained funds, so I was forced to give her my...

“The room and property was stunning and we had an unbelievable time. If you don’t stay here you’ll regret it!”

“Harper clean room. air was”

“It was a wonderful locations and the rooms were clean. It was the slower season so there were things like unused furniture and umbrellas piled up and not stored away. Also, we weren’t told that the pool bar would not be open during our stay. It would have been nice to be able to get a cocktail while we enjoyed the pool area. Overall it’s a great place to stay and we would go back for sure!”

“I really liked the location. The hotel is located on the strip where you can shop and eat at really nice restaurants. People are kind and helpful. The beach is in walking distance. I have stayed there twice.”

“Got a nice spacious corner room and balcony. But it had a side window that let in too much light and leaked upon heavy rain and caused puddles that were a slip hazard. They did promptly clean it up. They added a second layer of curtains, but not blackout ones, so did not help much. Accidentally broke a wine glass and they wanted to charge us 200 pesos, so we just went to supermarket and bought the same glass for 65 pesos. Wifi was erratic in the room so had to go downstairs for zoom meetings....

“Rocamar has everything. Location. Soothing waves. Pool. Beach down the street. Blow dryer. Safe. Great ac and water. Soap. Shampoo. I only mention because one of my other stays did not have that. This is a guaranteed go to. The view!!”
