“Stayed here with my husband and 2 kids (5 and under). The room was spacious and clean. Parking was convenient. Breakfast had minimal items which was in line with expectations from past reviews (milk, cereal, porridge, bread, jam, coffee). My only issue was the shower, the way it is heated doesn't provide flexibility to get the temperature correct (3 settings of cold, luke warm, burning hot). We only stayed one night so it was fine. ”

“Small family owned hotel. Located in a remote location, so very peaceful and quiet. In the evening there is a nice fireplace in the lounge. Perfect for a quick pre or post dinner hangout on a chilly night. Drive to the hotel is filled with scenic views of the water, rolling hills dotted with grazing sheep! “We had a wonderful view from our room once the weather cleared up. Dinner reservations book up fast so I recommend booking in advance if you plan to have dinner there. The pub that is attached to the hotel was great. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and wouldn’t hesitate to return. ”

“Rooms were clean and loved the individual ‘huts’. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was fresh. The only complaint that I would have is that we arrived at the resort after 7pm and they would not accommodate us for dinner. There was a couple that checked in minutes before us who had no issue. After a long day of travelling, this was frustrating.”
