"Parking is good, we had a ground floor accessible twin bed room which was very good. Dining area was light and spacious. Breakfast selection was very good, only thing I didn’t personally like was how the selection of jams honey marmalade are presented. We ate two evening meals during our stay and they were of a good standard. Staff were all very nice and helpful."

"Really thrilled to end up spending 2 nights in Queen Victoria's room! Loved the pretty Regency balcony with superb views over the harbour. Lovely relaxed vibe to the whole place. Could not recommend highly enough."

"Nice hotel friendly staff and in a very nice location by the sea. Had a nice meal as well in restaurant we were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary and we both enjoyed accomodation. Only thing I would pickup on not a negative thing but pillows were to soft for my liking, prefer them firmer."

"Great reception and welcome of this hotel in a fabulous location overlooking tge bay. Room well furnished and bery comfortable, super en suite with shower, plenty hot wster. Airy with opening windows. We had 3rd floor room (elevator👍). Breakfast room with sea views and sit out balcony. Restaurant/bar separate at street level with great furnishing indoors and wonderful balcony overlooking the bay. Staff and service superb. I had the biggest sea bass i’ve had anywhere. Great food especially the veggies. Thoroughly enjoyable."

"Excellent location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room 9 had amazing views and was well presented. The only negative thing that I noticed was black stains on the shower ceiling in the bathroom which looked like mold."

"Nice old building with charm Goog full breakfast included. Only criticism is deep bathtub/ shower, which could be difficult for the less mobile."

"My husband & I stayed for 5 days,we were in room 207.We got the friendliest welcome from Mathew & the manager(sorry didn't get your name).The room was amazing & overlooked the harbour/marina.The stairs up to the room kepted us fit😂.If we were ever in Ramsgate again,we would definitely stay in this hotel"
