“We were given, without any question, a room for the wheelchaired. The bathroom was not convenient for the non-handicapped like us to use.”

“We stayed on a Sunday evening so probably less busy than many days. Plenty of parking which was free if you registered at the hotel for 24 hours from arrival so we had time to visit the cathedral on the morning of our departure. Staff were welcoming and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a modernised suite. King sized bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient with a fair degree of choice but would have been great if coffee machine available for more choice than just filter...

“I stayed at the Franklin B&B for two nights to attend my friends wedding. I was greeted with a very warm welcome from Colin and cannot thank him enough for his help. He came out to the car to explain the parking, provided a map and explanation of the town centre and contacted the local gym on my behalf to establish the use of a power plate for my disablilties.
