“Have stayed here several times before and it has always been a very good hotel in an excellent location. However, this time the breakfast has changed from being extremely good to poor. They claim it includes a bottomless buffet which is nothing more than basic cereal, coffee and tea and limited fruit. Very disappointed. In addition bottled water is no longer provided in the room. Seems like cost cutting.”

“It was situated very convenient place. Right at center of Canterbury Check in was no hassle room was nice and clean Comfortable but small which wasn't a problem. Breakfast was good 👍 ”

“Great stay - convenient location just a short walk from the high st and attached to a fabulous restaurant. We stayed on the top floor - great room but a bit tricky for anyone who is less mobile or quite tall. Really great friendly service from the staff from start to finish.”
