Shenandoah House about 5 minutes walk from the beach and is close to local shops, restaurants and cafes. It is also within walking distance to the Turner Gallery and Dreamland.

โBeautiful hotel. We were greeted by a glass of prosecco whilst we checked in. We had a standard room which was more than adequate in size and it has the softest bed and linen I think I have ever stayed in, the room had a balcony looking out over part of the golf course. We played golf and used the spa after which is intimate in size but well worth using. We ate in both restaurants and had breakfast on the terrace both mornings. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Its location is excellent โ just a short walk from Ramsgate Marina and close to all the main attractions in town.

โGreat location for me, within walking distance of all the major sites, plenty of dining options nearby, the building itself was a treat! Staff was helpful. I was having a minor laundry emergency (a previous booking didn't have laundry services as advertised) and they were kind enough to accommodate me quickly and efficiently. The only down sides were seasonal. Our stay coincided with high temperatures and our room was stuffy, which is completely understandable, but the windows were not screened....
โFive star service! A quirky 15th century timber framed building a stoneโs throw from the Cathedral. Very welcoming and helpful staff, generous (complimentary bottled water and toiletries), tasty breakfast. Parking was easy with their anpr voucher system. Great value for money in the heart of Canterbury. Would happily stay her again.โ

Transport. They were very accommodating when we arrived early and they got us all checked in. The property was well maintained and the room was a nice size. The staff were helpful and managed all us cruise passengers even though there was a lot of us. I would stay here again. Dover is a beautiful town. โ

โWhat a beautiful place to stay. An amazing amount of thought has gone into all elements of the Manor House and surrounding accommodation. We stayed in a hop pickers hut (number 4 was great as end of the row and cleaning cupboard next to us so no noise from neighbours) which had a large and comfortable bed and was thoughtfully appointed. We enjoyed exploring the kitchen garden and our evening meal was delicious (waiters were very knowledgeable about the food and wine list) Breakfast also superb...
