“Location great … staff not up to standard at all. Food in a word awful. What a shame on our birthday weekend. Then all inclusive had to pay for drinks before departure… we had a late flight … then had a room to change and no stop maid knocking on the door what the hell. So disappointed”

“Beautiful hotel with great breakfast options. Daniel was so helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay again.”

“Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende!”

“We had some problem with muddy water and A/C . Ima was nice and Mar was very helpful. Thanks”

“I really enjoyed my stay at Mella Marbella and would definitely recommend it. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. The location is perfect if you want to be close to Puerto Banús, but I really appreciated that it’s away from all the noise, so you can still relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Overall, a lovely place to stay and somewhere I’d happily return to. A special mention to Lilly, Maria, Morillo and Joanhi, who were absolutely...

“Hotel is gorgeous, love the decor and trendy 70s inspired design. Room was enormous and very well decorated, though lack of drawers meant difficult to fully unpack with only hanging space. Giant balcony which was in the sun all day and overlooked the pool. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach. I felt the service let the stay down overall. Whilst housekeeping were excellent, front desk/lobby staff were not forthcoming with checking in on our stay, helping with taxis etc. Bar service around the pool...
