"staff unhelpful, prices are outrageous in the bar and the mini bar is a rip off, the minute you arrive they take £200 off your card and charge it only returning what housekeeping deem correct, needless to say theres not really any change, wether you have had a bag of crisps and a coke or a mini bottle of vodka, id never stay here again. "

"Beautiful hotel is excellent location close to both the beach and old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool area was very clean nice area for evening relaxation. Breakfast was slightly disappointing but plenty of local restaurants available.. (Brunchit 5 mins away was the best I have ever had!)"

"Excellent hotel. Everything about this hotel was perfect so that on your holiday you can relax.
From the moment you walk through the hotel door and you are offered a welcome drink you know you have chosen the right hotel!
The staff work as a team and are friendly and helpful. It’s very clean throughout and we couldn’t fault the excellent housekeeping team.
Breakfast options are delicious.
The hotel bar and restaurant are really good and the hotel is located near many local restaurants and near the old town of Marbella.
We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future."

3. Beautiful swimming pool.
Disliked:
1. View of the swimming pool from the ground floor bedrooms is blocked by a row of buses lining the swimming pool.
2. No soundproofing in the bedroom so you could hear the people in the next bedroom and corridor talking.
3. It takes too long to walk from the hotel into town so you have to spend money on cabs back snd forth."
