출장으로 와서 묵기 좋아요 깔끔하고 무엇보다 이스탄불 공항가는 하바이스트가 호텔바로 앞에 있다는 로케이션적인 메리트가 큰 호텔입니다. 호텔앞에 있는 음식점들은 비추에요~

Generally clean and good
Generally, it was good conditions with great location with easy access to Taksim square. Sky reataurant has amazing view for bosphorus.The club rounge is very clean, quite and great view as well but breakfast menu of the club rounge is very limited.

Best location for Airport Bus and good service
I arrived at Istanbul late night, and the airport bus(Habatas) dropped me just across a narrow road from this hotel. With my big luggage, it was real great convenience. So did for way back to the airport. Approach to the old town(Sophia, Sultan Ahmet, etc) is not far or disturb. And the overall service was good with kind staff, however, the noise from other room cannot be avoided, since there's a space between door and floor. Sometimes I confused that the bell ring and door clicking of next door as mine. Except it, everything with this hotel is excellent. Hotels with great location usually with bad services, but Point Hotel Taksim did not. It is the most scored part.

아타투르크공항에서 셔틀을타면 호텔 바로앞에서 내려주고 또 공항으로 다시 돌아갈때 셔틀이 호텔 바로 앞쪽에서 탈 수 있어서 굉장히편합니다. 룸컨디션 좋구요. 조식이 포함되지않은 것 빼고는 직원분들도 친절하시고 좋았어욬

젊음의 거리 탁심 광장에 인접하여 저녁시간을 보내기 좋다. 공항 리모버스도 바로 호텔 앞이 정류장이라 이용하기 편하다. 트램이나 지하철 역도 탁심 광장에 있어 다른 지역으로의 접근성도 좋다. 가격 대비 호텔의 상태나 서비스도 좋은 편이다.

Attention. Il y a toujours des extras à payer. Le prix de l'hôtel est trop cher par rapport au service proposé. L'accès au hammam et à la piscine était normalement gratuit. On nous a demandé de payer un extra car nous ne voulions pas nous faire masser. Tout est cher dans cet hôtel. A éviter.

Good but…
The access of the lounge was a bit complicated as it was constantly closed, and we had to ask a team member to open it. The last day, the reception called on the phone at least four times (since 10:30 am) to remind that the check out is at 12:00 pm Also, the carpet in the room should be replaced especially for customers suffering from allergy (my case). Nevertheless, the food are good. The team of the restaurant (9th floor) are amazing !

The only hotel you have to pay to use the gym?!
Disappointing stay compared to other hotels locally - steep steps up to front of property with no ramp for lugagge or support. Was charged ten euros for using the gym (which is poor quality and the hottest room in the hotel) - this is not made clear before booking or at check in. Staff in the gym reception was rude. Rooms were basic but fine.

Front desk Staff is rude and disrespectful. They speak over you and don’t want to listen. Hotel wanted to scam me and the family by charging us 10 Euros a person per day to use the gym. Wanted to charge us 5 Euros for hair nets for the pool. Checked my reservation and no mention of extra charges for these facilities. Lack of restaurants in the hotel. Would not recommend this place.
