The location is ideal for exploring London as it is close to the Underground at Tower Hill and to the Thames water taxi at the Millennium Pier. Short walk across Tower Bridge to Southwark Cathedral and Borough market . Overall good value for money. Close to some excellent eateries at St Katherine’s Docks. Also short walk to Spitalfields and the vibrant east end of London. The concierge was very helpful and stored my bag for several days while I took a side trip out of London. My only issue was that the front desk could not reserve additional nights for me and I had to do it online which seemed a bit odd. "

"The area was fine, a short walk to the Russell Square Tube station. Room itself was okay, you got what was advertised, but the windows and the room itself not being the more insulated (you could hear out the windows and other doors banging and closing) made the mornings pretty loud"

"So glad we arranged the airport shuttle to pick us up when we arrived in London. The driver texted me to let us know he was at the airport. He was holding a sign with our names so we quickly identified him. The drive to the hotel was stress free. "

"The digital key was annoying, and digital check in/check out didn't work. The hotel itself was excellent for the price Clean and modern room, good location, very quiet. Room was cramped but this was expected and really all I needed. I even got upgraded; my room had a window when I booked a windowless room."
