It works as a place to spend the night, but lacks in any real amenities. They also stopped serving breakfast since I made the reservation. Our window seal was broken so it was noisy, the lighting is really strange and the shower water temperature was really inconsistent.

Employees were very helpful and kind. Room was nice for the cost. Location is convenient to anything you would need in the area. And did I mention FREE cookies??? One thing I was disappointed about is there was no breakfast offered the day we stayed. 😔 but we did get free cookies.

Very clean. The bedding and pillows were luxurious and the stay was very nice. Good breakfast! Will stay again.

Including myself there was three of us staying here, I booked two rooms (two people in one room and one in the other room.) We had no problems with booking or checking in or out. None of us had any problems with our rooms or the hotel in general. The hotel and property were clean, it was quiet too. Our rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. This ended up being a great place to stay for our weekend. The staff were all very friendly. No problems at all! I’d definitely recommend this place.

We stayed on the third floor and every night it was LOUD, very loud. We complained the first night and then just gave up. The noise would stop between midnight and 2:00 am. There was no conference at the time, just a group of guests who didn't seem to respect others and were loud in their rooms and the hall. Never stay there again. The people at the desk were very nice, even moved our room, but sadly they didn't work during the hours of the noise.

The front entrance was decorated for the holidays. Was very inviting. The check in process went well. We have a support dog and he was pleasantly received. Thanks to the front desk associate.

This hotel was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed and I’ve been to many hotels. The front desk staff was wonderful and kind but the room was dirty, the thermostat was broken (blowing 80 degrees or 50 degrees with no in between). They sent maintenance to come to the room and he agreed it was broken but “couldn’t do anything about it” because they were completely booked. I had to turn the heat on and off all night to keep me and my son warm all evening. The bathroom was filthy with shampoo and soap all over the shower. The light on the wall was broken.

Room was extremely tiny, walls textured and dirty looking. Drain in floor of bathroom could be a hazard when barefoot. Definitely needs a facelift. Staff was friendly and breakfast options were very good.
