"The lobby was spectacular and the elevator super cool. Breakfast was very good. Lots of different options. The view was really nice looking over the harbour. It’s a bit far from any shops or restaurants but the park land around the hotel is lovely. The only thing I really didn’t like was the cruise ships that dock alongside. The engines run all night, sometimes the music is loud and obnoxious although it didn’t go late. But it meant I couldn’t sit on the lovely balcony. But if you don’t mind being a bit far out from the centre it’s probably quieter than the main area of the city."

"Room was cleaned and great breakfast for which the menu did change over the years I stayed there which is great for me. Hotel was accommodative for me to shorten my stay and agreed to a refund which I greatly appreciated. I stayed at Candeo many times over the years while on business trip too, so is highly recommended."

"Very helpful and respectful staff. The location can't be beat if you want to be in the heart of Kobe. If you are coming via Sannomiya station it's only a 5 minute walk! The lobby is beautifully done as well."
