"We were told the rooms are all smoking room. The cigarette smell was strong in our room so that was something we don’t really appreciate. The onsen facility was ok. The best was the one shared with the hotel next door."

"We had a private onsen room and it was a Kin-sen ("golden coloured hot spring water"). Temperature was good, and is constantly running. We had dinner and japanese breakfast served to us inside our room. Check out was a bit early at 10am, so that clashed a bit with our late breakfast and trying to get a last bath in while the staff wanted to clean up our breakfast set up at the same time. The massage chair was nice and the futon on the tatami was super comfortable (with choice of pillow). The...
