โThe location is somewhat remote but there are 2 convenience stores right close to the road, even walkable. The entrance of the hotel is somehow quite narrow but even novice driver would be able to pass it. The kind and old lady helped the check-in and it was easy. โThe room is huge but very very old and dirty. Hopefully the hotel will keep clean more to meet at least the standard of the hotel criteria.
We checked in at night, so we are tired from the trip. It would be better if the staff would not throw the check in job to the trainee who knows nothing like his first day. Due to this, made us tired even more to wait for him to finished checking in job around 30mins. If the permanent staff wants the trainee to work please guide him how to work not let him...
โWe had a lovely experience staying in Sakuya hotel. The owners were very kind and helpful, offered us shuttle van to go to town. Offered us private onsen which was very relaxing. Rooms were futon bed with a view of Mt Fuji, breakfast was so yum. Would definitely come next time. โ
