"The Prince Park Tower Tokyo exceeded every expectation for our family trip. As our first stop in Tokyo, we could not have chosen a better home base. Getting there was surprisingly easy, and the surrounding neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which was a welcome relief after long flights with a 9 year old. The rooms were incredibly spacious, a rare find in Tokyo, and our family had plenty of room to spread out and truly settle in. Everything felt thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the customer service. The staff went above and beyond at every turn, from helping us navigate the city to making sure our som felt welcome and cared for. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, never once making us feel like an inconvenience. There’s even a convience store and plenty of restaurants on site. The views of Tokyo Tower from the property are stunning, and the on-site dining options made evenings effortless. If you are planning a family trip to Tokyo, this is the place to stay. We will absolutely be returning."

"Staff were friendly and professional. Room was spacious and comfortable. Walking to Shibuya station is about 10-15 minutes. We used taxi from the station initially as we had no idea which way to go to get to the hotel. It was about 1,600 yen for taxi but it could be cheaper. We were there on Saturday and streets were extremely crowded so it took longer which costed more as time also counts as a part of cost. On our way back to Shibuya station after our stay, we walked to the station with 3 suitcases. Breakfast was good."
