"this hotel is in such a bustling and fun area and we had a great view from the 14th floor. the staff were so kind and helpful checkout was a breeze and they called our cab for us. "

"The position in Shibuya is fantastic with a 5 minute walk to the station and many shops including a supermarket, Lawsons and Mum coffee. Room was large and comfortable. Things to improve - The electronic check in / check out is unnecessary and just adds complexity. Just have the staff at the desk as normal. They had to help every guest working the system anyway. "

"The food was great, the room was nice and the facilities amazing. The Japanese staff were so nice and helpful but the reason for is less star is the lady at the front desk who was not Japanese was quite rude. Other than that this stay would have been 5 stars all round."

"Bathroom was dirty. There was mildew on the grout in the shower. The shower curtain was ridiculously small. If you pulled the curtain to the wall on one side it left a gap of almost 2 feet on the other side. Overall the room was fairly nice and a good size but the bathroom was in bad need of a remodel. "

"Great size room for family if 4 bunk beds were Greta but hard to get under as the height is so low , we were under the expression there would be a cafe with simple items but there was nothing except for filter coffee , water na ice machines were useful , room was not cleaned through the stay "

"The room is incredibly small. I did not see pictures online of the room before and was a bit disappointed when I arrived. Also, there is a bit of noise from the streets but that is expected. It’s a great location in Shibuya near the crossing and great access to the stations. "

"I went to both their high end restaurants. The bar which charges even hotel guests to go in. Then the Japanese restaurant. It's a one and done. Food and drinks not worth the value."

"I recommend this property. It’s close to everything, including the train station, Lawson,7/11, and SHIBUYA Scramble square with food & shopping. Modern luxe with windows that highlight the city. Beautiful and would definitely stay here again. Traveled with family including two kids and they loved the sights, we loved Tokyo!"

"Here’s a tighter version in your style: ⸻ Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel is very well located in Shibuya and delivers a thoroughly modern stay. Rooms are notably large by Tokyo standards, with thoughtful lighting and a generously sized bathroom. It’s also impressively quiet. The only real knock was the mattress, which ran a bit firm. Breakfast offers both Western and Japanese options; we stuck with the Western buffet, which was very solid/fresh with additional table service and even included a vegan section. Nice touch: umbrellas provided on rainy days. Overall, a good stay, but pricing feels ambitious for what’s offered. Also worth noting, the pool is restricted to guests 18 and over."
