"Only thing good is the water slides. Belle (from restaurant) & Front Desk Annie are the only people I trust. Someone came Friday night to check on WiFi on my laptop ended up scrolling through my private information so I’m now changing passwords. I asked him to leave. I have a pic of him and police refused to help. Property is really big and hard to navigate and even after I informed the staff that I was having a birthday party for my son, they cut off my charging to my PAID room after 5k THB. In my HUNDREDS of hotel stays all over the world I’ve never been cut off at such a low amount. That’s $155USD. That’s one lunch in Las Vegas. Suffice to say, some staff is good, but I did not feel safe there. The typical lovely Thai culture is not exhibited overall"

"Wonderful staff, beautiful rooftop pool, and yummy breakfast. This was a great value for a fabulous 3-day 4-night stay in Phuket. I will stay here again in the future. The bed was very comfortable and rooms are lovely. Warm and friendly staff from trainee all the way to supposedly retired “Sun” made our stay excellent. "

"The Pullman was a great stay for us while we based ourselves in Phuket. The hotel was right on the beach and had many pool options for us to use. The kids club was FANTASTIC for our little one - one of the best clubs out of all the places we have been. It's hard to comment on the property as the place is undergoing renovations - that being said, the final day, they closed the entire main attrium for renovations. So whilst the restaurants, pool slide areas etc were all run down or shut - its hard to comment they were bad because theyre renovating and thats pretty understandable. Overall though, the hotel was extremely comfortable. The sea view room was incredible with a huge bathroom, a balcony view like the photo of the beach and pool. The breakfast was delicious every morning though could of had more options for children. Id stay again!"

"Staff brilliant, Rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable. Downsides - sunbeds and umbrellas are cheap and some are falling apart. The grounds themselves need some tlc. We stayed 20 years ago and it was a beautiful hotel. Now it’s kids focused and some of the walkways are patched up with offcuts of astroturf."

"Deliecious breakfast with a wide range of foods available, slightly different each day. Beautiful swimming pools, happy hour between 4 and 6pm at the swim up pool bars with half price cocktails. Food was great for lunch around the pool and the onsite restaurant was fabulous, even had a cake for my birthday. Staff were wonderful and the spa was heaven. "

"Overall an ok hotel. Pool is MUCH smaller than it looks on the photos. Breakfast were also ok, enjoyable. Beach is across the road. Room was spacious and had all amenities. "
