"The check-in process was smooth. There’s a kiosk where you check in at, but there’s a staff person there ready to help in case you have questions. You can pay card or cash for your room. There are different towers that you can stay at. I stayed at the Skyrise Tower. We checked in at the main building and had to drive over to our tower. The main floor is the 2nd floor. Our room was clean and modest. Room doesn’t come with a fridge or microwave so keep that in mind. This is definitely a family friendly hotel. There’s something for the whole family. They have slot machines, stores, food court, and entertainment for everyone to enjoy. Will definitely come back to Circus Circus. "

"Clean room nice staff great location on the strip we enjoyed every moment of our trip but the only down fall was the pool closed at 5 pm every day, it was kinda odd to me, but over all it’s a great resort! "

"Great location, over 21 pool, fun vibe throughout and close to many restaurants and live music. Hotel room was ok, beds were comfortable, but there is just a hole in cabinet where mini frig used to be - weird. "

"When we arrived, the toilet was broken. They brought up someone to fix the toilet and that worked for just a few hours. That night, we continued to have problems with the toilet and it wouldn't flush. Also, we had problem with the front door sticking and not locking. We had to have maintenance come up and fix out door so that we could lock it. When we arrived the first day, there were black hairs from the previous person that stayed in our room all over the bathtub and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Overall, this hotel needs a good cleaning and some major TLC. "
