I am very sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us! It is unfortunate that some guests do not respect that the hotel hallways are common spaces with many people in close proximity who may be trying to sleep. For those guests who are very light sleepers, we do provide complimentary ear plugs on request, and while our overnight security does patrol the hallways, they don't always catch the 'loud talker' or the 'door slammer' coming back to their room late at night. I hope we'll have the opportunity to welcome you back, and provide you with a better sleep in a quieter area.

Dear Corinna,Thank you for choosing to stay with us. I can certainly understand your disappointment with the closure of our Outdoor Pool & Hot tub whilst you stayed with us. The unfortunate cold snap that we experienced which was very unusual for our region caused the pool deck heating elements to malfunction. With the cold, we also received heavy snowfall, and this only added to the unsafe conditions. Therefore, we made the difficult decision to close the pool area until the cold snap passed, and the time needed to repair the heating elements. I'm happy to say that after a few days we were able to get everything up and running again, and pool decking heating elements was once again doing its job.I do hope we have the chance to host you at our property again for you to be able to utilize the pool area with moderate winter conditions that we are used to seeing.Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback.
