“I waited so long to visit the spit and Land’s End did not disappoint. It was everything I thought it would be. We enjoyed a beautiful room with an ocean view right on the beach. It was a treat to watch the fishing and charter boats leave in the morning as they pass by the window. Stayed for two nights to go on a Bear Viewing Tour and then of course needed to do some shopping. Everything was provided for our needs and comfort and there was no need to ask for more. Great place to stay!!”

“This place is a hoot. Each "room" is actually just a small stand-alone structure: mine was a small cabin and the guy next to me was staying in one of those old '50s trailers. Bathrooms and showers are good; can either use the ones outside the main house or those inside. Really fun place. Only a few minutes north of town. Okay to cook your own food in the main house, which has 2 kitchens. Good choice to stay there as long as you don't need a big room.”

“We greatly preferred this to staying in a hotel! It has everything you need! Clean - like new! We would stay here again - great value! It’s on the east end of town, so you do need to drive into town - but we prefer that -away from the crowds. Not the place if you want to be able to walk everywhere. There is an easy shortcut to the Spit! It literally has a Glacier view! Our one complaint was related to only two seats and a small table for meal time (There were 3 of us - so we just brought in...

“The room I stayed in was on the historic side. I had an issue with the door lock and staff had to demonstrate how it works. The bathroom is shared as well. This wasn’t a big issue for me. Also no elevator so it was a challenge getting luggage up and down the stairs. The location was great and I had an excellent sleep. No ac but it felt perfect with the window open. I would stay here again.”

“Check in was easy. There was some noise from halls and room above. Breakfast offered but expensive and average, even charge for coffee.”

“Clean, comfortable room close to the cruise terminal, railroad station, shops, and restaurants. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good.”
