"We were deeply disappointed with our stay at the Exit Glacier Hotel and feel it was absolutely not worth the money. We arrived around 4:00 PM, well after the 3:00 PM check-in time. While taking our payment, the front desk told us our room would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. However, as soon as they took our money, they made us sit in the lobby for an entire hour. They claimed the delay was because the previous guest smoked in the room and they were trying to clean the smell. A 3-star hotel should have backup rooms or handle turnaround times properly, rather than making paying guests wait in limbo.To make matters worse, the room quality was sub-par. The towels provided literally had holes in them (I have photo proof if management wants to see). We paid for a 3-star experience and instead got a smelly room, ripped towels, and an hour-long wait after a long travel day. A partial refund for this terrible experience would be highly appreciated, as this stay was nowhere near worth the price we paid."

"These rooms are essentially little cabins with fireplaces- and terraces! The restaurant is beautiful and the onsite hikes to the river are absolutely gorgeous. The little coffee ‘shop’ staff are a gem. This was a one night stop for us on a road trip but we were so glad we stayed!"

"We had originally reserved a three-bedroom house to accommodate our group. Upon arrival, we were informed that the house was unavailable due to ongoing construction, and we were instead given two queen bedrooms. This substitution was in no way comparable to the spacious, private three-bedroom home we booked and paid for. The accommodation did not meet our space requirements and significantly impacted our comfort during the stay."

"We felt as though effort was made to make our stay comfortable. The room with two queen beds and kitchenette was clean and had all the amenities to make our three day stay comfortable. The beds and pillows were cozy and bedding was, smelled fresh and clean. The decor was simple, functional and nice. Thank you Spruce Lodge, Karen and Chrissy, sisters from Ontario, Canada"

Seward Windsong Lodge

"Micah greeted us when we checked in and made some great suggestions. We did the short hike to Exit Glacier and dined outside at Resurrection Restaurant. The hike was only a short drive from Wind Song and the views were beautiful. We shared a pizza for dinner and each got a salad, both of which were delicious. Our room in Rosemary had everything we needed. I want to return and stay multiple nights instead of just one night."
