“Amazing value and so much to do. Food was plentiful, pleasant and of a canteen standard. Bluecoats and other staff very pleasant and helpful. Accommodation basic but comfortable enough and very quiet. Entertainment was amazing. Afternoons and evenings with lots of choice for different events. A great break if you embrace what is on offer. No children allowed so very different atmosphere. Only negative point was cleaner coming into our room 20 minutes before check out time on last day.”

“Having the option of early bird meal was great. All staff friendly \ helpful. Would be good to have a fridge in the rooms. Ceiling spot lights flickering. Bottle of water per person and pkt of biscuits per person aswell would be nice. Toilet seat was loose, needs immediate attention. Eggs for breakfast were tasteless and more choice of cold breakfast foods would be good. However I would come back and recommend. Thank you”

“The two twin room was smaller than expected but the staff were friendly and very helpful when asking for assistance. We were just there for the one night before our flight so there was not much opportunity to explore the hotel and what it had to offer.”

“A excellent stay prior to a flight from Bristol Airport. Restaurant was excellent with a good selection of food and drinks. The staff made you feel welcome. Car parking was great and only 15-20 minutes from the airport. Will definitely stay again.”

“The B&B is definitely the best in my experience. Bedroom as well as bathroom are very clean and tidy. The paper folders in bathroom is antique-wise. Also electrical equipments are convenient and cool. Coffee server and fridge are stylish. Lights are well designed. Breakfast is delicious and plenty. Graham’s homemade jams are excellent. “It was a nice property overall, but our room reeked of cigarettes, now my clothes also smell of cigarettes :-( We booked a second room for the rest of the family and that was much nicer. Helpful staff, nice restaurant with a delicious breakfast. Beautiful sunset over the restaurant terrace.”

“The hotel is very dated. Every floor board creaked and I’m glad I had an end room and no one could walk past the room. I fear it would be very noisy. There is no air con in the rooms and in 32 degree heat that makes for an uncomfortable stay. Reception did give me a fan but that was useless.”

“Very convenience especially when you have to take 7 AM flight, and you would need to wake up at 4 AM. Continental breakfast was good enough for 5 AM.”
