“Fantastic to be just across the road from the terminal, which allowed us to drop bags, return the hire car on the evening of arrival and sleep a little later for an early flight. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. Dinner was average but totally adequate. Our shower was a bit blocked but overall a great place to stay the night before an early flight.”

“I originally wanted to book from the 14th to the 18th but the system wouldn’t allow me to do that so I ended up booking one night and then after a couple of false starts I managed to book the other 3 nights. The first night I had a room with a shower which was very nice (lovely in fact). However the wi fi was terrible downstairs but works a lot better upstairs as I had to change rooms because of not being able to book all 4 nights at the same time. Really good otherwise.”

“A good location for exploring the area with easy parking. The room was OK for a night, but I would describe it as tired (e.g. carpet looking in need of a good clean or replacement, bed/mattress seen better days, and much dust inside the desk lamp). I cannot comment on the inclusive breakfast because it didn't start until 8 am and we needed to be away by 7:30.”

“I checked into this hotel and I was informed they were going through a changing phase and everything was a mess. Subsequently I paid for an executive room but was given a standard room, only after complaining I was given the room I pre paid for. The staff on the reception and bar staff were all very uninterested to show any kind of service. The breakfast was cold and boring. The hotel and rooms need some updating and DIY. A very sub standard hotel, I will not book again with them.”

“The hotel is located in great location and within easy reach of Cardiff and good views. The staff really polite, friendly and helpful. The room and bedding linen was very clean. The bathroom did need bit of TLC. Although I did not get a chance to get breakfast, there were options for eating in and taking it away. I would recommend and would book hotel again.”

“Great location, beautifully decorated room and good quality bedding, towels, toiletries etc. However .. our room (9) was TINY .. the gap on one side of the bed was approx 8 inches between the bed and the wall so very difficult to navigate safely particularly at night without stubbing your toe on the one side or bumping into to door handle on the other. There was no where to put a suitcase to unpack other than on the bed or the floor which was difficult for us. The en-suite was tastefully...
