지배인의 응대 또한 좋았습니다.

Very convenient, as it’s cross the road from the train station, also it’s very central.
the staff couldn’t do enough for you, they went out of their way to make sure you had a good stay.
The bedrooms are a little tired so could do with a little TLC.

“The hotel isn't sound proof at all. It's a hotel made out of a large house. While i was staying, it sounded like the guys next door were in my room because i could hear their every step and chat and felt really insecure because of that. The bathroom and toilet are shared which i didn't expect at all. At least they are kept clean and there's daily cleaning service. The room had a basin. There was no shower gaun though towels were provided. They had good heating on.”
“ Room and bathroom were very clean and modern . Room had touch buttons to switch lights on and off , and to raise and lower the blind at the window.There were other touch buttons whose purpose was unclear ! TV screen on wall was very large. Room was very clean , and shower was excellent. Hotel was conveniently situated in the centre of Bath. Staff at reception were friendly and approachable.”
"체크인하고 냉장실에 있는 물을 마시려고했는데, 물병이 새것이 아님을 이미 알고있었지만(5성급이 아니니까), 물병이 이미 너무 더러웠음. 5성급 서비스를 원하는것은 아니지만, 그래도 기본적인 위생도 지켜지지않는게 충격이었음. 물병 뚜껑 안쪽에 온갖 이물질이 끼어있었음. 바쓰 도시는 매우아름다운데, 다시온다면 머물지 않을것임"
