Very disappointing stay. Our room was dirty and when brought to the attention of guest services there was no offer to come and clean it or move us to a clean room. There were bags of trash in the hallway outside of our room that remained there for all 3 days of our stay. Our pool key did not work, guest services stated they would come and let us in to the pool. After multiple calls and multiple no shows, a representative finally informed us that the pool cover was not functioning properly. Overall, very disappointing stay and very poor communication from Vail resorts and Red Awning.
