โLovely old hall where the restaurants and some rooms are. We were in an annexe which was an old building but new inside. Room was very comfortable. Food was excellent in the bar.โ
โThis was our second stay at Brook Marston Farm Hotel. The peaceful surroundings makes your stay relaxing. Staff are friendly, very helpful and go the extra mile for you. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Dining in is a must, meals are excellent, especially the Lamb dinner. Will definitely be booking again soon. โ
โArea around property. Did not felt entirely safe. Toilets had broken seats. Kitchen only had knives. Sheet either not ironed or not changed. States sheets changed every two days. I was there five days and not changeโ
โThe experience was really bad. We booked the place and arrived, but no one answered the doorโthere was no reception and no instructions on how to get in. We called for nearly an hour before someone finally returned and said they had booked the place. The neighbors were horrible and even came over with a knife, asking why we were there.
