When I reported the issue, the male receptionist initially insisted that I had only booked one bed and seemed to blame me until I showed proof of my booking, after which his tone changed. “It's really the worst. It's like a prison inside, and there's no elevator. The room is really small The staff is unfriendly. I couldn't sleep at night because it wasn't soundproof. I could hear every conversation in the next room. It's quite far from the opera house. It's not completely close. There's nothing good about it, except there's a big mart nearby and King's Cross station. I don't want to visit again”
