"Room was very clean however, the air con only went down to 19 and when the unit was on full blowing power didn’t really help. Location wise hotel is fab and staff very helpful. Breakfast is expensive for what you get, especially as there are 3 local cafes within 5 mins walk from here so eat there."

"I rarely leave reviews but I felt I really had to this time. Beyond the fact that this is a very nice hotel, great location, great room, everything spotless, good enough breakfast etc. the staff was the key for my great stay. I was greeted with smiles and helpfulness from the first to the last second I was there. Everybody was just so nice, professional and always available. Thank you."

"A good stay at the Bristol Hotel, I have been coming for many years. It being the hottest June day on record so far, air con was essential and I didn’t realise some rooms do not have aircon, including mine. This was sorted out for me , I was moved room by the helpful man on reception, but I could not have stayed in the other room. So do take care on booking, and Bristol hotel is it not time to get air con in all your rooms given it’s a premium hotel. Otherwise an enjoyable and quality hotel"

"So grateful for the AC! The staff were top notch in making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We made reservations for the Thermos Spa through them and everything was within manageable walking distance. Would choose this hotel again."
