“This property left nothing to desire. The room we had was clean, quiet and perfectly situated facing the beach. There was a full wall of a window to view a beautiful coastline with no obstruction at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful at turn of our stay. What badly altered our experience was the way a rare incident was handled by the owner. There was an overflow of wastewater in our room. “Staff were amazing and even upgraded us with no extra charge. I fell ill and they did everything to help medically. All the staff were kind including bar staff and cleaners. The kids entertainers were great with all the kids and really patient. Just sooooo impressed. Can’t fault the place at all. Happily go back there which is something we don’t usually do.
