Hotel is in great location, the staff was lovely and very helpful. Bed comfortable the place is clean. Bit of wear and tear in places but if you’re only putting your head down then it’s nothing to worry about. Ideal cheap hotel would stay here again.

Perfect location for our stay, so close to the main square. We received a friendly welcome and were shown to our room by the receptionist (all of the staff were nice) Room was spotlessly clean, warm and cosy. The beds were comfy (extra pillows available on request) Shower was hot and powerful. We were allowed to leave our bags there after check out, this was really helpful as our flight wasn’t until the evening. The decor is a little dated/quaint but that had no impact whatsoever on our stay.

The Globtroter is in a great location, minutes from the main square, which we loved. The staff are really helpful, the rooms are big, very clean & warm, and the shower was powerful and worked well. Rooms also have access to a fridge which is handy. We were on the top floor so there were lots of stairs, not really a problem for us as we only walked down once to go out, then up once at the end of each day ... so much to see & do in Krakow and no need to go back to the hotel in the day! If we come back to Krakow we will definitely stay here again
