โThe property was exactly as described, 2 bedroom apartment, sleeps up to 6 people in total. Very spacious & light. 50โ TV with Netflix, free internet, large bathroom with bath, shower toilet & washing machine, additional separate toilet room. Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave & crockery. Plenty of hanging space for clothing, iron, ironing board & clothes airer. In a good location, only 15 minutes walk to main market square, 30 minutes walk to Wawel Royal Castle...
โThe property is amazing however there wasn't and info for public transfer and it was a bit too much of a walk to get back into town after a long busy day. Giving that, it was only ยฃ3-4 in a Bolt taxi onto the main square so it wasn't bad at all. The place really is a treat to stay at.โ
โWe visited the area from America. I came with a family of 4. My wife.. 2 teen girls and myself. Found this apartment online and was very nice. Very modern and clean ..right in the heart of the center. Balcony was a plus to see around and to relax .. had AC which was controlled in each room which was very nice as well. Bathroom was as big as the bedrooms! Would def recommend. โ
โEverything was perfect. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Location is within short walking distance to attractions. Lots of places to eat in the area. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Each day they varied the hot food selection and salads. Room was spacious. Bathroom was spacious. AC/heating is centralized so can't control the temperature within the room. Hot water and water pressure worked. I enjoyed my stay at Portal. โ
โThis was an amazing hotel. Far enough from the town centre that it was quiet, but still just a 5 minute walk to all the action. 8 minutes away from the main train station and mall by foot. Staff was extremely kind, courteous and helpful. I am already planning on returning to this same hotel next year. Highly recommend. โ
โAbsolutely amazing property. Their pool and spa services are incredible. Friendly and welcoming staff. Walking distance to everything. Everything was just perfect. You can tell they put a lot of effort into making sure every detail is high end. Would definitely stay again! โ
โI picked this hotel because itโs close to the train station which I had to use at late night afterwards. Well, it turned out thatโs true but I had to move all the way through old town to the office in order to store my luggage after check out, a pretty annoying situation.โ
