산꼭대기에 위치,
호텔 위치가 너무 산꼭대기에 있어서, 귀곡산장 가는 느낌. 류블랴나와 너무 많이 떨어져 있어서, 예약할때 세밀하게 살피지 못한 내 잘못이 큼. 산꼭대기에 위치 하다 보니 차가 있지만 시내 구경은 엄두가 안남. 저녁이나 조식은 괜찮다

Nagyon kedves csapat, nyugalmas környezet, választékos reggeli. ÁR értékarányban szerintem a legjobb választás. Megközelíthetőség kiválló az autópálya közel. Helyben és közelben remek éttermek. De bevásárlóközpont is szinte gyalog elérhető. Kilátás pazar. A nagy hőség ellenére kibírható klíma. Szerencsésebb lenne ha klimatizált szobák lennének.

Hotel med højt serviceniveau og en flot udsigt.
Et hotel med den meste fantastiske placering på toppen af bjerget. Servicen er mere end i top, venlig, hjælpsom og hele tiden opfølgende. Veltalende engelsk. Værelserne er pæne og rene. Hvis man kunne savne noget, så er det en elevator.

Complice des taxis malhonnêtes et coupe-gorges
L'hôtel a des accords avec des taxis malhonnêtes qui exigent 60 EUR pour faire les 15km de route jusqu'à l'aéroport, ne donnent pas de factures et ne prennent que l'argent cash. Tout est fait pour qu'on ne s'aperçoive du problème qu'à l'arrivée. De plus L'hôtel ment en prétendant assurer une navette pour l'aeroport. C'est un coupe-gorge qui profite de sa situation très isolée.

DearWe are sorry that you had a bad experience with a taxi, but the hotel has no connection with the taxi service provided by other companies. Our hotel has no agreement with taxi drivers. You can freely choose your taxi.Hotel shuttle is not always possible due to the busyness of employees, as we do not have independent employees for this service.You should have received the invoice for taxi service, but again our hotel has nothing to do with it since it is an independent company. If you do not receive an invoice, you are not obliged to pay for the service.Therefore, your accusatory claims are misplaced.Kind regards

Accueil déplorable par un jeune homme qu on semblait déranger . On avait réservé cet hôtel car il avait un restaurant bar mais il était fermé ce jour là ! Aucune précision sur le site …réponse à l’accueil : «  c’est comme ça «  . On a demandé s’il était possible d’acheter qq chose à boire au bar .. réponse «  non , vous n’avez qu à descendre en ville «  . Très belle vue de l’hôtel Prix injustifié compte tenu de la vétusté de l’hôtel et de l’accueil !!!

It is a very unique hotel in its own way
The hotel is located far away from Kranj town centre, on top of a small hill. The building is a bit aged that does not have even lift / elevator or air conditioning. It was quite hot during our stay, as we could not open the windows due to bugs. The front desk is staffed only at limited hours. However the mountain view is good and breakfast is adequate too.

Five Stars! This beautiful property is at the top of a mountain overlooking the city of Kranj. We had breathtaking views of both sunset and sunrise. The restaurant had a nice selection of dinner and snack choices, along with several wines and beers. The Continental (Plus Meat!) Breakfast was included with the room charge. The rooms and common areas are decorated in that timeless, clean Euro style.

Personalet kunne smile lidt mere. Og morgenmaden var dårlig, lille udvalg og ringe service. Ingen aircondition eller køleskab på værelset. Kun et vindue der kunne åbnes. Området er fedt og tæt på smukke steder i Slovenien.

Really nice view with good chocolate croissant!
There were some difficulties with the reservation, they wanted to give us one room instead of the originally booked 2 rooms. After clarification they gave us the 2nd room so it got resolved afterall.

Poco de lo bueno y bastante de lo otro... El hotel está situado a lo alto de una colina, bella locación, muy buenas vistas desde allí. Sin embargo está muy venido a menos, y la atención al cliente dista muchísimo de ser la adecuada... Seguramente habrá conocido mejores momentos. Nos recibió un muchacho muy poco amable, parecía tener pocas ganas de estar allí. Las dos mujeres con quienes también intercambiamos palabras, por el contrario, tenían una mejor actitud. El cuarto es pequeño, el colchón y las almohadas menos que más. La alfombra manchada, vieja, sucia. Notable mancha de moho en el baño, arriba de la ducha. No hay ascensor. El desayuno pobre, muy pobre, y para completar el segundo día no habían huevos, porque quien debía entregarlos "no llegó a tiempo". Excusa barata. Evitaría volverme a quedar en este hotel.

As far as breakfast. We are serving continental breakfast contains: croissant, jam, butter, honey, hazelnut cream, melted chees, salami, chees, cornflakes, musli, fruit, fresh tomato, fresh paprika, small onion in vinegar, toast, freshly baked bread, sausages, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs. And yes there was one morning that eggs came in app. 20 minutes after breakfast has started. As I recall we have apologize to you and we brought eggs before you left breakfast room.
