내 인생 최악의 호텔
호텔로비부터 호텔 식당까지 바퀴벌레가 우글거리는 호텔 내 인생 최악의 호텔이었습니다. 다신 가고 싶지 않은........ 게다가 객실 창문은 고장나서 닫아지지도 않고 컴플레인 걸고 한참후에야 밤 12시가 다되서 방을 바꿔주는 말도 안되는 호텔!!!!!! 게다가 수건은 거의 걸레수준 발닦는 용도로도 쓰기 지저분한....... 교통은 진짜 최악 방값보다 택시비가 더 들고 저녁시간에는 옴짝달싹 할 수 없는 곳에 위치한 브리스데일 최악입니다.

God beliggenhed og udsigt. Og de var hjælpsom. Kunne godt ønskes mere rent, det ene vindue var ved at falde ud. Generelt et ældre hotel og ikke så indbydende. De var så flinke at opbevare noget af vores bagage i 4 dage mens vi var i Taman Negara.

Don't go here
1st room had many dead roaches on the floor, falling ceiling material from mold and dark brown water that the maintenance person explained was due to the room not being used in a while. Also key card kept failing. No a/c in the hallways. Lighting was shoddy as well. The area is very rundown. I don't recommend any hotel in the chowkit area.

just ok
they not provide enough towel as i ordered family room they only give me 2 towel..the staff said it doesnt care either u book which room,they will just give u 2 towel.they have a bath tub but they did not provide the lid.whn i ask for it they said the hotel want to do a renovation.but i think they just want to save water bills,as there is no connection between giving the lid to the customers and the renovation.the air cond also not working properly.it quite hot in there

Worst hotel to stay
Security was very bad.I parked may car at the hotel parking lot at level 3. My car's window was smashed and it happened during day time. During that time no security personel was around. I made a complaint and guess what? I was told that that the CCTV has mulfunction. I lodged a report at the police station nearby. I suggest that this hotel is not a good place to stay.

great staff for an old hotel
Located in the middle of a market. Old hotel with small cockroaches in the bathroom. The aircon appeared to be not working and with molds. The staff are really nice and helpful though. They made up for the shortcomings of the structure.

Near to Chow Kit and Monorail Station
Hotel close to Chow Kit and monorail station. The maintenance of the hotel is poor based on the wall, bed sheet, carpet and lift. Please do the preventive maintenance to lift parking The view from hotel is nice.

Het hotel zit in een achterbuurt, de taxichauffeur waarschuwde ons al. De staat van het hotel is ronduit slecht, de kamer was vies, en de badkamer helemaal. Zo slecht onderhouden.. De foto's die je ziet bij het boeken zijn waarschijnlijk van 10 jaar geleden. Wij hebben het 10 minuten gegeven en hebben toen een ander hotel geboekt.

Dirty hotel looks nothing like the pictures
I admit that I was maybe a little ignorant to believe this hotel would look as it does in the pictures, but alas I did. Don't get me wrong, there was nothing actually 'bad' about the hotel, but I felt quite misled by the 'recently refurbished' title on the room. The room was an ok size, the sheets were stained but clean. The bathroom was old and needed a truly good clean but again, was clean on the surface. The redeeming feature of this hotel was the staff who were extremely helpful and accommodating of us. The pool was ok, food at the restaurant was disgusting. Location was good but a bit far away from central KL if that is what you are hoping for.

Nice pleasant Old Hotel in the City
Pleasant Hotel, decent, very busy with tourists from within and outside Malaysia.Reception is friendly though on Sunday only one person was on duty, doing everything alone-Check in, check out, booking, safety box, phone calls,received complaints and requests.., EVERYTHING!! Poor him.

Cheap but not nice
Stayed for two days. Doesnt look good at the outside of the hotel, very old. As for the rooms, the aircon is terrible and the toilet kinda dirty. Lobby full of bystanders coz of free wifi. Just outside the hotel us a market so many things going on. You feel unsafe walking at night. Taxi doesnt stop at the hotel front which is so uneasy.

The staff is very helpful, rooms are small, the air condition is terrible as well as the restaurant. I don't recommend this hotel for anyone.

タクシーでホテルに着いた際、周り の環境に圧倒されました。 露店の中にそびえるビルです。 慣れてない人は恐いと思います。 部屋は少々古い感はありますが、広く て快適でした。 でっかい窓もあります。 3500円の宿泊代からすれば大満足です。 近くに安い食堂いっぱいあります。 セブンイレブンとモノレールの駅も すぐ近くにあります。 階の廊下突き当たり窓よりツインタワー が綺麗に見えます。 17階の食堂からも見えます。 WIFIありますが一階ロビーでしか使え ません。

Good location but ...
It's right by Chow Kit monorail station which makes it easy to go around places. We had a magnificent view of Petronas Towers and the surrounding area from our room. The night market outside the hotel ends at 1pm. Hotel is very old and no sign of maintenance in the near past. Lamp shades broken and AC vent needs dire replacement. The pics are very misleading. No wi-fi in rooms as they don't have it installed, only in the lobby. They do have a pool though :)

It was the worst hotel I have stayed. The hotel is old, they sell something different, they show you pictures where the hotel looks clean, new or better than it actually is. I found cockroaches etc. and it's location is really bad. It does not show that in the pictures or anywhere.

Olimme perheeni kanssa kyseisessä hotellissa.Asiakspalvelu oli tympeää.Hotelli oli ilmeisesti kärsinyt vesivahingoista ja huoneet remontoinnin tarpeessa.Huoneessa oli lukuisia torakoita niin isoja kuin pieniäkin.Seuraavana päivänä huone oli siivoamatta.Aamupalalla ruoka kylmää sekä valinnanvara heikkoa.

マレーシアらしさを感じられるホテル
女一人でしたが、安全に楽しめました。ただ、治安上暗くなってから（19時ごろ以降）の外出は避けた方がよさそうです。 ビュッフェ形式の朝食は7時～15時、15RMでした。種類は多くはないですが、マレーシア料理が楽しめました。 部屋に冷蔵庫・湯沸しポット・飲み水2本があったのは良かったです。 私が泊まった時にモノレールが運転中止してしまい、ブキッ・ビンタン駅からチョウキットまで歩くことになりましたが、歩けない距離ではなく、よい散歩になりました。

Needs updating
The hotel was very shabby, in need of some TLC. Most staff were unhelpful and couldn't be bothered with my issues. The pool was closed for cleaning all day and when we looked at it it was full of brown cloudy water. We had booked because there was a pool. Staff were not bothered and unapologetic

A bit tired, needing a refresh
Staff quite attentive. But quite a few things needed fixing in the bathroom. Coffee loung for breakfast was expensive and very disappointing. A far superior breakfast could be bought from the market at half the price

convenient Hotel neat the Monorail station
NIce hotel.Pleasant Room. Very near to the Monorail station to go directly to Bukit Bintang/Pavilion Shopping Centre. Room is pleasant. Bathroom needs renovation. Good provision of coffee maker in the room The TV needs to be updated to Flat Screen, and with clear pictures!

AM１：００チェックインでしたが、大丈夫でした。が、部屋のブレーカーが下りたままで、カードを入れても電気がつかず焦りました。夫がブレーカーに気づいてすぐ電気はつきました。３泊しましたが、ベットメイクやお茶セット タオル、アメニテイも交換してもらえます。朝食のメニューはだいたい一緒ですが、旦那は喜んで食べてました。ナシゴレン、パッタイ、おかゆ、トースト、卵料理、ポテト、ビーン、コーヒー、紅茶、オレンジジュース、スイカです。 建物は古いですが、部屋の中は、まあまあと思います。 トイレの水が茶色いのと、小さいゴキブリが２回出没しましたが、値段を考えるとこんなものかなとも思いました。 WIFIあります。

料金相応のホテル
安く泊まれるのでそれなりの設備です。エアコンも調子が良くなかったけど、夜中はよくきいていました。朝食も料金相応です。総合的に一泊だったので安く泊まれて良かったです。

الفندق رائع ومنطقته جيدة لكن الشارع شعبي
من أجمل الفنادق الاقتصادية تمنينا لو أننا حجزنا فيه الأيام التي مضت لحسن تعاملهم وجمال إطلالة الغرفة حيث تطل على المدينة ولكن الشارع شعبي نوعا ما وقريب من سوق فواكه شعبي جدا ولكن تجد فيه أغلب الفواكه , بشكل عام جيد

Dirty and badly maintained, but could go back...
Dirty, dirty, no other word can describe this hotel. Dirty walls, dirty floors, dirty sheet, dirty towels, dirty toilet, dirty bathtub. Why, I don't know, you wouldn't think cleaning people is so expensive in KL. But I might still go back, the price was SO good and our room had 2 queen size beds and a very smelly fridge... Even if the friendly staff asked for money for an extra pillow, I think they tried their best with the resources they were given..

Hotellets brochure må være 30 år gammel. Hotellet var virkelig slidt. Vi boede først på et værelse, men bad om et nyt da der var så beskidt og fyldt med kakerlakker. Det næste værelse var dog lige så beskidt, beskidte lagner med blodpletter og gamle hår. Hotellets eneste plus var den fantastiske udsigt til Petronas Towers, der var fra deres cafe på 16 etage, hvor servicen og udbuddet ærgerligt nok var som resten af hotellet:-( Hotellet har samtidig en swimmingpool ved siden af restauranten/cafeen som vi dog aldrig turde lade vores datter bade pga. resten af hotellets forhold, renlighed og vedligehold. Alt i alt en stor skuffelse og ikke pengene værd.

Sade till i receptionen att vi hade kackerlackor på rummet o det väckte ingen förvåning. Dagen efter sa vi till igen då kom någon o sprayade. Frukosten är inte för västerlänningar.

Pictures can mislead
We booked 3 nights at Brisdale Hotel. If you are not used to it, you will be waked up everyday by some muslim songs from the mosque around the corner. The personnel is good and really willing to help, but the hotel needs an urgent renovation. Everything is old. The toilets are quite old. the bath tube has marks of stain and the sink was leaking. Alo dont expect anything spectacular for breakfast. NO room internet either.
