그냥 그렇습니다
창문이 없어서 답답합니다... 그랩타고 가면 금방이긴하지만 번화가랑은 거리가 있구요. 주변에 화교들이 많던데 캣콜링 오졌습니다. 싼값이 잘 머물렀지만... 몇만원 더 주고 좋은 곳에 머물걸 그랬어요.편의시설도 부족했구요.

비추입니다..
임비역과 그리멀지 않아 위치와 호텔 로비는 좋으나.. 객식이 너무 상태가 안좋았습니다. 습하고.. 매우 찝찝하여 밤 12시에 입실해 5시간만 자고 나왔네요.. 차라리 몇만원 더 주고 다른호텔 하는게 날걸그랫네요

호텔은 전체적으로 마음에 들었어요 방도 깨끗하고 아담하니 오손도손 있기 좋았고 수압이 약하고 온수조절이 힘든 거 빼고 다 마음에 들었어요 저희가 여자 네명이서 묵었는데 마지막 날에 호텔에서 나오기 전 아침 일찍 프론트 알바생인지 직원인지가 제 친구 한명한테 이상한 미친 짓을 해서 갑자기 호텔 이미지가 확 깎였네요 그래도 저희가 아는 영어 총 동원해서 다른 직원한테 강력하게 항의하니 저희 얘기 잘 경청해 주시고 생김새 자세히 물어봐주시고 하셔서 그일이 있기 전 이미지로 호텔평가 했습니다 그직원은 잘렸길 바랄게요

임비역에서 도보로 5분 정도 거리에 위치해서 택시 한 번도 안타고 계속 대중교통 이용하며 다녔어요. 임비역 인근엔 길거리 노점상은 물론 타임스퀘어 같은 쇼핑몰도 있고, 걸어서 부킷빈탕까지 가까워서 좋았고요. 객실은 창이 없고 침대 둘, 샤워부스 겸한 화장실 하나가 있는 아담한 크기였는데 어차피 잠만 잘거라 불편함 없었고요. 흰 시트에 검정 얼룩들이 묻어있긴 했지만 세탁은 잘 되어있었고, 매일 외출했다 돌아오면 시트정리와 휴지통 비워주기, 새 타월 보충해주기 등의 간단한 서비스가 있었어요. 8월 초중순의 초초성수기에 방문해서인지 가족단위 여행객이 많았는데 그래서인지 묵었던 삼박사일 중 이틀은 옆 방 어린이들 떠드는 소리와 티비소리까지 그대로..ㅠㅠ 방음이 잘 되지 않는 점이 아쉬워요, 소리에 예민하신 분들은 좀 불편함을 느끼실 수도 있을 것 같아요. 저희 방은 창문이 나 있지 않아서 좀 습하기도 하고 볕이 전혀 들지 않아 갑갑했는데, 예약하실 때 가능하면 창이 나 있는 방으로 하심 더 좋을 것 같아요. 위치며 가격이며 서비스며 너무 좋아서, 다시 쿠알라룸푸르 가게 되더라도 이 호텔 이용할 의사 충분히 있습니다 :) 잠자리에 크게 연연하지 않고 숙박에 예산을 많이 들이고싶지 않은 여행객들에게 강추합니다~

임비역에서 가까움
임비역에서 가깝고 호텔 직원들의 친절은 럭셔리 호텔에서 느낄 수 잇는 정도의 친절. 아담하고 작은 방은 작게 느껴질 수 잇지만 잇을 것은 다 잇엇고 굉장히 깨끗햇음.

욕실 청결한 게 일단 좋았구요. 주변 환경은 별론데 그건 뭐 KL이 원래 그렇죠....ㅋㅋㅋ호텔자체는 꾸며 놓아서 예뻐요~타임스퀘어 옆 쪽에 있고 야시장이랑도 가깝습니다. 아 임비역에 내려서 가시는 게 좋을 듯.

가격대비 너무 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 호텔 로비와 객실이 회색, 검정 톤으로 깔끔하게 정리되어 모던한 느낌으로 예뻤고, 객실도 깨끗하게 정리되어 투숙하는데 기분이 좋았습니다. 호텔의 위치도 임비 역에서 5분정도 걸리고, 임비역은 쿠알라룸푸르 번화가인 부킷빈탕 거리에서도 1정거장 차이어서 마음만 먹으면 걸어갈 수 있는 거리입니다. 호텔바로앞엔 아무것도 없지만, 임비역 근처에 큰 쇼핑몰과 커피샵들이 있기때문에 생활하는데 문제가 전혀 없었습니다. 가격대비 너무 만족스러운 호텔이었고 강추합니다.

직원분들이 굉장히 친절하셨습니다.
가격대비 괜찮은 위치와 친절한 직원분들 때문에 좋았습니다.불편한 점이 있다면 샴푸, 린스 , 바디샴푸 가 구비되어 있지않아서 챙겨가야한다는 점입니다.그외에 아주 청결했으며 가격대비 훌륭했습니다.

위치는 좋음.
출장때문에 3박을 머물렀습니다. 침대, TV, 샤워시설이 전부임. 첫날엔 수건도 없어서 complain했고, 2째날엔 인도 사람들인지, 옆방에서 정말 떠들어서 잠을 설쳤습니다. 창가 방이었는데, 새벽 6시가 되니, 이슬람 종교 음악이 크게 들리더군요. 가격이 무척 저렴하고, 위치는 부킷빈탕에 있어서 편의시설이 가깝습니다. 관리하시는 분도 친절하구요. 이용하시려면, 비누, 칫솔, 치약, 샴푸 꼭 챙겨가세요. 그리고 아침식사는 바로 옆 건물 중국식당 이용하시면 되구요.

Good for people with no knee problem
We were greeted by friendly staff and check-in was quick. Our room was 212 (Third Floor) so the music from next door club at night was subtle. Room was spacious and clean. TV only have local channels and advertising media. Internet was fast and stable. There is an power outlet below the TV that allow many countries's standard to be plugged into. Cold and hot water dispenser are available at each floor. Hotel has no elevator, but they have young staff helping to carry heavy lugguage to guest room. Although hotel is located near Times Square (KL MonoRail), there is a steep slope to climb, and there is no proper pavement from top of that steep slope down to the other side where hotel is. Tourists with trolley luggage will have hard time pulling through unless on the road. There is no proper pavement from LRT Hang Tuah too as there is construction going on. Temporary pavement is very rugged, not suitable for heavy trolley luggage.

Basic hotel
I would say this hotel is very basic. The rooms don't have windows but we only stayed for 2 nights and was out all the time so it was fine by us. However, they checked us in on the first room by the lobby so we don't have much privacy when we opened our door. There's free water dispenser by the lobby which was nice and service was good. We had to wait for the housekeeper to come in later when we ran out of toilet paper and facial paper as they don't leave extra in the room. For its price, you get great value with this hotel.

For this budget they had everything that’s needed in a room. A bottle of water wasn’t provided that everyone else does more or less but that’s not a big deal. Very pleasant front desk staff.

I stayed here for 3 nights from 18th December. I was offered the new "wing" in the next building which is in the midst of renovations - dust, uncarpetted lobby, wires dangling, workers - which I accepted as I found the room was bigger, likewise for the toilet! Lots of ceiling light in the windowless room. Set your alarm clock if you need sunlight to tell if its morning as you wont know when you sleep in a windowless room! The body wash/shampoo smells good. Though there should be a bottle near the sink as well as one has to go to the shower area to get some soap. There isn't a kettle - but a thermos(that looks like a kettle because there is no plug in it) - fill it with your hot / cold water from the dispenser located outside the room. The staff - every single one that I came across with - was very helpful and friendly. Would I stay here again when Im in Kuala Lumpur ? Definately I would!

Not as I expected
For a low budget hotel, the reviews on this place were fairly good which is what made me book. Luckily we were only here for one night before leaving KL. Pros of this place is that it’s really close to Berjaya Times Square. Downsides include the room being on the second floor and there wasn't a lift so we had to get our luggage up six flights of stairs - painful! We found a lizard in our room and when we went to get him out our room he ran under the bed so I felt very uncomfortable for the rest of the stay, including trying to sleep. A few marks on the bed sheets and pillows. Corridor smelt outside our room but luckily not in our room. I think it’s a smoke free hotel but we did see a guest vaping. Also, what no one has mentioned in reviews before is that this place is right by a nightclub, and you can hear music and feel the bass when led in bed till the early hours.

L'hotel est propre et très bien situé, à 5 min à pied du centre commercial Berjaya Time Square, pas loin de Bukit Bintang. Le personnel est aimable et à votre écoute. Petit point noir, l'insonorisation des chambres doit être amélioré. Si vous êtes de passage rapide à KL, cet hôtel fera l'affaire.

bad. cannot sleep for 3 nights as other hotel guests keep slamming the door at 2am-3am. Its probably 2 groups of friends in different rooms and they keep going to the next room. very frequent opening and closing the door like every 10mins mins interval. reception did not help on this case.
