Dear Kim, Thank you for your feedback. We have periodic pest control every week and we do leave pesticide baits in the unit. Much apologies, there is not much we can do if our housekeeping is not able to clean your room (as you requested not to be disturbed), you leave food not covered in the unit, which by time the food went bad, and the rubbish were not packed and removed daily from the room. All these will attract unwanted pests as the units are above Times Square and there are a lot of restaurants downstairs sharing the same sewer pipeline. As for the towels, you can let us know so we can change fresh towels daily. Much apologies, we were not able to assist you since you did not let us know anything during your one week stay. We would be more than happy to assist you and attend to your problem if you let us know any of these during your stay.(1) The entire apartment unit is cleaned and sanitize after every guest check out. Upon several inspection of the room after seeing your review, we did not find the problems mentioned, you could have informed the host or housekeeping of such problem during your stay. The air freshener is not uncommon in Malaysia as an enhancement in wet and humid areas. You won't see this in 5 star rated hotels as they have other luxurious replacements for the price they charged.(2) Upon inspection, the air conditioner is totally working as intended. Also, it was serviced just a month ago. Not sure what you meant there, if you are not sure on the mode/settings, let us know.(3) Apologies about that the smell from other units. As these are private units, we do not have the right to take any actions.Late check in after midnight was specifically arranged for you with few other personalize service but does not seem to be appreciated in this review. It is very disturbing and unfair for our staff after all their effort to go beyond which was "appreciated" by you during the your stay, but went the other way around with this review.
