대체적으로 만족합니다.
위치도 좋고 직원들도 모두 친절합니다... 많은 부분에 만족합니다.. 하지만.. 몇 가지 실망스러웠던 점도 있습니다. 1. 아침 수준: 정말로 다른 호텔에 비해서 조식(아침)이 형편없었습니다. 먹을게 진짜로 없습니다. 프론트 직원들은 많이 친절함에 반해... 조식을 서빙하는 직원들은 그리 친절하지 않았습니다. 2. TV 프로그램: 넷플릭스를 볼수는 있지만, TV채널이 10여개 정도 밖에 되지 않습니다. 그것도 모두 news 채널입니다. 스포츠도 없으며, 영화채널도 없습니다.

위치는 참 좋았고 다른 것들은 다 좋았는데, 두 명이 투숙했음에도 불구하고 키는 하나 만 제공되었고 수건이 너무 청결하지 않았습니다. 정말 좋은 위치와 꽤 괜찮은 루프탑 수영장이 있음에도 불구하고, 이 두 가지 이유 때문에 다시는 건 좀 망설여 지네요.

청결뺴면 만족스러운 호텔입니다.
주변에 잘란알로, 부킷빈탕, 파빌리온, 모노레일역, MRT역이 있어서 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 어디로든 갈 수 있습니다.(그랩을 이용하긴 했지만..) 조식은 하루만 먹었는데 종류가 많지는 않았지만 개인별로 주문할 수 있는 메뉴가 있어서 부족하지는 않았습니다. 직원들의 서비스가 굉장히 좋았습니다. 원래 체크아웃이 11시인가 11시 30분으로 되어있었는데, 1시까지 체크아웃을 할 수 있게 도와주었고 센트럴역에서 익스프레스를 타고 공항까지 갈 예정이었지만 저렴한 가격에 택시를 불러주어서 맘편히 저렴하게 갈 수 있었습니다. 룸은 가격대비 굉장히 넓었고 침대로 더블과 싱글 침대가 있어서 잠을 편안하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 화장실도 넒고 조명이나 기본 용품들도 잘 구비되어 있었습니다. 다만 타올이 오래된 느낌이 들었고 타올에서 냄새가 난다는 후기가 있어 걱정을 했지만 다행히 냄새는 나지 않았습니다. 하지만 마지막에 받은 타올은 세탁이 잘 안되어있어서 검게 무엇인가가 묻어있어서 좀 찝찝했습니다. 드라이기도 만족하며 사용했습니다. 룸 청결도는 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 처음에는 잘 몰랐지만 룸에 모기가 있어서 스프레이형 모기약을 뿌렸더니 침대 뒤쪽으로 먼지가 날라다니는게 눈에 보였습니다. 베개를 들썩일 때고 먼지가 날라다녔습니다. 그 부분에 굉장히 실망했습니다. 청결도에만 조금 신경을 써준다면 훌륭한 호텔이 될 것 같습니다.

수영장이 수리중인거 빼곤 좋았습니다.
전반적으로 방위 크기나 주변 환경은 좋았습니다. 번화가 옆이고~ 전철역도 가깝고! 하지만 수영장이 수리중이라는건 미리 공지를 해줘야 된다고 생각됩니다. 위치나 수영장 고려해서 이호텔을 선택하였는데 수영장을 못써서 아쉽네요.

부킷빈탕역 앞이라 공항에서 KR 센트럴역 -> 부킷빈탕역으로 바로오심되구요. 근처에 잘란알로랑 랏텐 등등 활기넘치네요. 깨끗하고 조용합니다. 만족했어요.

잠이 너무 잘 왔습니다. 방이 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 위치도 좋아 어디서든 500미터 정도인 것 같습니다 호텔 규모가 원래 작아서 로비가 조금하고 부대시설이 조금 부족합니다. 그 외에 직원들도 좋고 방도 깨끗합니다. 만족합니다.

번화가 한 가운데로 위치는 굉장히 좋아요 야시장도 가깝고 역도 바로앞에 있으며 늦은밤 다니기에도 위험하지 않았어요. 호텔 컨디션은 무난합니다. 특별히 좋지도 특별히 나쁘지도 않아요. 하지만 조식은 조금 부족한듯 합니다. 굳이 아침을 꼭 드셔야 하실게 아니라면 근처 쇼핑몰 많으니 거기서 드시는게 좋을거 같아요...

가성비 좋은 호텔.
위치는 진짜 좋아요. 청결상태는 전반적으로 나쁘진 않지만 꼼꼼하게 청소되지않은게 느껴졌어요. 이전 투숙객이 쓴 물품이라던가 먼지같은게 좀 있었네요. 그래도 침구류는 무난했던거 같아요. 직원들은 친절하지만 대처나 대응이 느린편입니다. 휴지가 다 떨어져서 전화했는데 아무도 전화를 안받거나 가져다준다고하더니 감감무소식ㅎㅎ 결국 밖에 있는 하우스키퍼한테 직접 말했는데 알겠다고 하더니 영어를 못하는건지 결국 안가져다주더라구요.. 하지만 사람들은 친절했어요. 조식은 정말 먹을게 없지만 그래도 주문할 수 있는 메뉴가 조금 있어서 나쁘진 않았습니다.

The Hotel is in good condition it is modern and the staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The area around the hotel is dirty but felt safe and any people we met around the area were polite and friendly. The hotel is well positioned for transport links within the city and has many places to eat and have a drink from local to global foods and drinks. A big thank you to the staff for letting us keep our room on for a couple of hours for free as we had an evening flight. My only gripe was the music that was played at the pool which was brain dead club music not for me. I like to chill at the pool:)

Perfect hotel met de perfecte ligging. Binnen in het hotel erg schoon en netjes. 5 minuten loopafstand van Pavilion. Helaas buiten en in de omgeving ( vooral in de avond) nog nooit zoveel ratten gezien. Maar daar kan het hotel niet veel aan doen.

Room was big and very clean. Hotel was modern and nice. Hotel was located very center so short walking distances everywhere. The street noises were pretty loud in our room in the evening. Breakfast was good and staff was polite and helpful.

Great hotel and location
I really enjoyed my stay here, great hotel that had everything I needed. Room was neat & tidy and quiet. Rooftop pool and bar was great. Easy access to the Pavillion shopping centre and right in the middle of Bukit Bintang. Only negative was it was hard for GRAB cars to find the hotel as there were some roadworks happening making it hard to get in. This is temporary so I'm sure will be cleared up soon, nothing the hotel can do about it. Hotel staff were friendly and super attentive to my needs. I'll stay here again when travelling to KL.

Pleasant stay
Location was great, close to monorail, mrt & free bus service so easy to get about. Short walk to Jalan Alor Street & nightlife. Staff were friendly, welcoming & on request allowed a late check out which was terrific. Breakfast was adequate with choices of dishes, fresh fruit, cereals, coffee/tea/juices etc in pleasant seated area. Room was spacious as was the bathroom area. King size bed in our chosen room was comfortable & great to have extra pillows.
