Absolutely loved our story here. If you book here, get the Sora room. It is worth it. It has its own private bath and lots of space. We loved it. And the town surrounding, is so cute and fun to walk around. It is a short walk from the bus when you arrive. The staff was so welcoming and sweet. We highly recommend staying here.

The food is delicious and very varied. And the onsen bath was fantastic. They have access to a spring that makes your skin feel soft like cotton. Truly a lovely experience

This is a true onsen town experience

Great hotel, with very attentive staff, especially in the restaurant. The restaurant staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself very clean and comfortable.

The property was gorgeous and the amount of bath options was amazing, many complimentary amenities included, and the spa was perfect as well.

Beautiful scenery and town. Shopping and services are close, but in 5 or 10 minutes walking you can be in the mountains with natural hot spring streams or 15 minutes skiing. Bustling and quiet at the same time.

My room was very well maintained. I loved the included open air bath next to the shower. The staff were all very kind and accommodated my questions well.

Surrounded by nature, very relaxing.

It is an older building without elevator. It has a small onsen that only 4 people are allowed to use at the same time. Different onsen for male and female I have no problem using the onsen. The room has toilet and wash basin but no shower. Light breakfast is included. The Ryokan is located right in town. Just a short walk to the Yubatake. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it is a decent place to stay overnight.

Great hotel. Onsen is good. Breakfast OK. Location great. There is free shuttle between train station and hotel. Awesome
