"24時間以内にチェックインメールが来ると表示あるも15時になっても来ませんでした。他の部屋にチェックインのお客様が部屋にあるタブレットで楽天に連絡してくれて何とか入室出来ました。あとでわかった事で、予約完了画面の「施設への問い合わせ」から入室ルームナンバー等の表示がありました。
大変分かりづらいでした。"

Breakfasts and dinners are too die for… I will definitely visit again!!"

"スタートして間もないみたいでしたが15時過ぎのチェ ックインでまだお部屋はセットされておらず、エレベーターが開いたらシーツの山。フロアに置かれてる浴衣には帯が付いていない。
かなりオペレーションには難があります。利用客の民度もなかなか低く、え？って思うことを平然としてるお客さんが多いです"
