"easy check in despite limited English of staff. we arrived early in the morning and room was not ready. staff was able to lock our luggage and provided us with a map of the local area. there are some trails to the local shrine. room was great! extremely clean and cosy. outdoor bath and shower were great. checked out the public bath as well which was very clean and well maintained. Seiki dinner was plentyful and delicious breakfast was great free shuttle available to and from the hotel would stay again tomorrow "

"We stayed at the hotel after a late night arrival at KIX, before going on to Osaka the next day. The hotel is in an ideal location, just a few minutes by train from the airport and just a few yards from the station in Izumisano. There are lots of restaurants nearby, as well as a market, making it easy to find great places to eat and buy anything you might need for your Japan holiday. The hotel itself is clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a great night's sleep after our flight and felt refreshed the next morning. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and provide everything you need. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms spotlessly clean. Luggage storage is available at reception and check-in/out is easy. Friendly staff on hand to help with anything you need. Overall, this was a great find and a perfect start to our Japan holiday :-)"

"Really great hotel. Lovely staff who have upgraded us for our honeymoon. The view was stunning. We could see rinku town ferris wheel in the morning and the river side. The location was great! "ocation : around 7 min walk to the nearest station Wakayama. 5 min walk to the convenience store . Room: the room is not very big even though WAKAYAMA is not a big city. In general rooms in Osaka and Tokyo got very small room. Breakfast: free breakfast. The quality and variety is better than I expected even though it is free of charge. Staff: nice staff Highly recommended for budget traveller "

"Beautiful hotel, the monks attending are really nice, definitely go to the morning ceremony, it is worth it. This is near everything and very centric to all the landmarks nearby. The "beds" are pretty hard since its traditional, but its manageable for a night or two. Meals were really good, definitely don't skip them and take the chance to eat traditional monk meals. "
