LAX Area, Los Angeles hotel rooms at the Preferred

"I didn’t like how the water temperature for the showers was always changing randomly. First the water was warm then it would go to freezing cold. "

"Arrived tired and upon check in, staff member said my reservation showed cancelled and literally dismiss me stating I should call Expedia and figure it out. I got on your website and there was no number available to call and speak with associate. Only option was to “chat” with ???? and unfortunately my cell phone battery was very low. The situation was resolved after some 30 mins by way of resending reservation. Extremely frustrating and disappointing !!!!!"

"A misunderstanding with the chain social media made me that i can’t check in properly. But the attention was always nice and they let me check in a couple hours earlier so i could have a rest. The location has a couple of places to eat and is very convenient if you need to go to the airport. Nice hotel room and clean place"
