โI stayed 4 nights during my first time visit in Lima, and overall experience was excellent. The room was so clean and cozy, so I didnโt have any problems while sleeping. Especially, when I was checking out, a chaotic accident happened that my luggage was missing mixed with other groupโs ones. Then the manager and other staffs tried to figure out the problem, and they helped my luggage transfer to the airport. I really appreciate the all the staff helping me out. Gracias!โ

Nice location, but the furniture was so uncomfortable. Especially the desk and the chair - terrible for the back. I always had to put some pillow on the chair, which wasn't enough. The service is slow. The restaurant is on the 1st floor, but it is very cold to have dinner there. Breakfasts, if you order additional foods, they take so much time. I waited for 20 minutes for omelette, and still didn't get it so asked them to find that they forgot. Even after this, I...
โOur stay here was perfect. Everything was clean. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. The only complaint I have is most of the outlets in our room didnโt work but that wasnโt a problem once we realized it we just charged our phones on the one that worked. โ
