โI stayed 4 nights during my first time visit in Lima, and overall experience was excellent. The room was so clean and cozy, so I didnโt have any problems while sleeping. Especially, when I was checking out, a chaotic accident happened that my luggage was missing mixed with other groupโs ones. Then the manager and other staffs tried to figure out the problem, and they helped my luggage transfer to the airport. I really appreciate the all the staff helping me out. Gracias!โ

โWe enjoyed 2 very comfortable nights in a plush 18th floor double room with an amazing ocean view in this brand new luxury hotel. Service was excellent. We were resting up from an 18 day tour of Lima and the Sacred Valley, so spent the entire day in the room enjoying the view and comfort. We did venture to the Clubhouse where there was excellent service, but we were disappointed by the limited, and not very good food offerings, but enjoyed unlimited access to Coke Zeros. The only complaint is...
โThe host was very responsive and flexible with all of our flight change snafews. The beds were extremely soft/comfortable as well. The description warned about limited hot water but our group of 5 never had a problem except for the time we accidentally started a load of laundry at the same time. Great location with tons of things to do and see nearby.โ
