"The room was amazing, we got to stay in 302 which was the corner room and it had a great view of the town and the plaza. The bed was comfy and the space was nice for us Americans that are used to bigger spaces. 😅 Would stay here again if we come back to Italy. They were also doing maintenance upkeep on the building while we were there. It was nice to see them keep up with a historic building like this one."

"This place was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and in a great location. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to all of our needs. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find Easter treats and pastries, plus coffee and other amenities. The bakery next door and free pastry was also delicious! We would definitely stay here again. "

"David and Roberta are fabulous hosts. They provided information for our visits and would spend as much time as you want to ensure you have all the information you need. The breakfast was outstanding, the coffee was excellent and the service was perfect. The room was a generous size and the beds were very comfortable. All in all, it was a great experience and we will return one of these days, as long as it is available!"

"Amazing little boutique hotel. Beautiful setting for dinner overlooking La Spezia and the harbour. The staff were fantastic and even gave our son some gifts and my wife for her birthday. Thanks guys, it was only 1 night stay on our road trip but it was very memorable."
