โThe room condition was good, but when I lay down, I felt that there was some sand on the bed right after check-in.
I wonder if the bed covers are washed and replaced every time a guest checks out.โ

However, I felt that staff members need more professional training, I didn't expect professional-professional and skillful staff members as this is not a chain hotel though. I'm thinking that staff members of a boutique hotel need professionalism as much as they need friendly and lively attitude. Typical boutique and 3-star hotel, but overall not bad considering its room rate.โ
โGreat new place. Easy to get to, super convenient and loads of dining and shopping options. Room is decked out with everything you need including a fridge and microwave. My only feedback would be to provide a basic set of plates, bowls and cutlery especially when a microwave is provided โบ๏ธโ
โPerfect fit for families traveling. Access is not easy to the City on walking, although not far when using uber. Free minibar is well beyond expectations and swimming pool is wonderful.โ

โThis Holiday Inn property is conveniently located near the King's Cross station making transportation very easy. The hotel is modern with updated rooms. The on-site restaurant serves a delicious hot breakfast buffet with many food options. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I really appreciated being allowed to check in a couple of hours early to rest a bit after a long overseas flight. Overall, a wonderful stay. Thank you to everyone there!โ
