"Room was clean. Getting food was hectic, but we had never been there before so we didn't know what to expect and didn't check in early enough or think to reserve anything. We went for a show and it was fantastic."

"We had a really good stay at this Best Western near Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadiums. The location was very convenient right off I-70 and 435, and it was easy to find even arriving late at night. There’s also a Taco Bell basically in the parking lot, which ended up being perfect for grabbing a quick late-night snack after getting in. The hotel itself may not be the most newly updated property, but everything was surprisingly clean and very well-kept, both in our room and throughout the lobby and common areas. The staff was friendly, and check-in was easy. One of the biggest surprises was the complimentary breakfast. For a hotel in this price range, it was honestly excellent. They had a wide variety of hot options including biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and waffles, along with plenty of continental choices like cereal, yogurt, granola, toast, and drinks. There was also a bar and grill on-site that looked very good, though we didn’t have time to try it during this trip. If you’re coming to Kansas City for a Chiefs or Royals game, this would be an excellent place to stay since the stadiums are basically right across the street and easily walkable."

"We love this place; we enjoy everything about it. The room is spacious, clean, and we feel safe. Out back is a wonderful paved trail around a small lake. There is a working hot tub and fitness center. The breakfast buffet is delicious. We'll gladly stay here again."

"The front desk staff was so terrible. Would tell you to come back at 3:00 PM for an early check in and came back at about 3:25 PM and was told it would be another 30 minutes before room would be ready. I witnessed this being done to several other guest. Also one guest was told the pool would be open and it was empyt. Room as clean property was fairly clean. Would never stay there again since they can not do what they said they would do"

"We only stayed overnight but the hotel was clean and quiet. The lady at the night desk was ok but told us that the breakfast started at 6:30 but apparently forgot that the Sunday morning hours began at 7:00. We are early starters so we went down at 6:30 and the area was dark. We walked around for a minute and finally someone came from the desk area and let us know it was a 7:00 start…. The food was already out so he said go ahead.. not sure why the food would have been out that early, not sure how good it would have been in 30 minutes. Overall a good stay other than the breakfast mix up"
