"I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Anna checked us in and was so sweet and helpful. The room was much bigger than expected. The whole hotel was clean and smelled clean. Allison at the desk was very helpful with a small issue we had with our reservation. She also contacted me when they found a stuffy my grandson had left behind when we checked out. We will stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling to the area. "

I wish the pools was heated so we could swim in the evenings in December after a day at the parks but all the amenities are amazing and for the price you can't beat it we will stay again when visiting! "The staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean. We had the 2br suite and it worked out perfectly. We ordered groceries to cook breakfast and lunch prior to leaving to the parks. Had a full functioning “apartment like” room. Plus we faced the resort which was a nice view. The patio had a net so it felt safe from everything including bugs lol the lady at the market was so nice and helpful when I couldn’t find what I was looking for. We didn’t utilize the water park. Overall 10/10. Will return. "
