โI was a single traveler and one thing that was important to me was safety and cleanliness. It they were that and more. This was my first time here at this place and this state. The staff were friendly and made everything smoothe from checking in and leaving. And the shuttle service was excellent. I would definitely return to this hotel! โ
โThe hotel was pretty great, but not the best. The beds definitely need to be upgraded. Theyre very hard and a bit difficult to sleep on. The staff is beyond wonderful and professional which made it 10x better. โ
โWe were in Cleveland attending an event at Huntington Bank Field and chose this hotel because of how close it was to the event. We were not disappointed! It took us less than 10 minutes to drive down there. The area is beautiful, just across from the lake. We were able to walk to the beach and there were many shops nearby. Lakewood is absolutely beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were all so friendly. Parking was super easy and we had no issues at all. Good job...
