“Very good a-la-carte breakfast. Nice location, close to the old town and few minutes walk from the train station. Complementary, delicious cookies in the room. Charming hotel and bedrooms, one issue is that water was dropping in the bedroom from the ceiling, from time to time. I notified the reception so I hope they fixed the issue. ”

“We had a fantastic stay in Lancaster at this apartment, we booked the room at the top of the house with a huge comfy bed and downstairs a kitchen, bathroom and seating area. Fantastic location close to the bus station, cinema, shops and board game cafes! Clean and comfortable stay, would definitely stay here again.”

“The positives - property was clean, kids liked it, street parking was convenient, price was reasonable. The negatives - some important shortcomings were - there was only one toilet roll for booking of a family of four for 3 nights, the extractor in kitchen was not working, coffee pods were useless because the water reservoir in the coffee machine was not working.”
