“What a delightful cosy rooms with showerrooms. Comfortable beds, with well insulation blinds/ curtain for the strong summer sun. Room was copl at night, and good bathroom facilities. We were going to be late, and staff rang to check on our progress. Staff waited until we arrived and showed us our rooms. Breakfast was included but the choice and want we were entitled too was a not clear. Cooked breakfast meals very delicious and tasty.”

“Very modern, refurbished room, overlooking the beer garden and caravan site. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of goodies in the room, including fresh milk in the mini fridge, and the extra treats you get for staying with a doggo. The bathroom, bed and chairs were all super comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. I had dinner in the restaurant, and the staff were super polite and friendly. “Considering the price, the apartment was ok. There is an air fryer, kettle and toaster. Washing up is a challenge in the small sink in the bathroom. Filling the kettle is difficult as it doesn't fit under the tap in the bathroom! The bed was ok, but you can feel the springs. The TV didn't work as the aerial lead was damaged. The hair drier was dangerous as it was full of dust and smelt of burning. The views over the bay were spectacular. Ok for a couple of nights, no longer though.”

“The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Evening meal and breakfast were very good. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom could do with some updating. Several significant cracks in the walls and evidence of water leaks around the heated towel rail and over bath shower head was leaking water out when running the bath taps. We only had one night so not really an issue for us.”

“We stayed at The Fleece for a couple of nights. Our welcome as a pleasant professional one, despite the bar and restaurant being busy. Our room and the linen was very clean, and although quite warm, there was a fan provided that did the trick. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was good, and the breakfast, which was included, was delicious. Lovely beer garden/ courtyard to enjoy a relaxing beer. “From easy parking, ease of checkin, spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed. Hot drink making facilities and a nice addition of water in the mini fridge, access to a dining area downstairs with microwave, hot drink facilities and a toaster was all you needed. The price reflects the absence of breakfast supplied and to be honest, we preferred this option. Great value for money. We will be back! ”

“Great place to stay, excellent clubhouse with great staff and food. The only downside was that the suite we had was very small, with no seating and no wear to put your suitcases, and only one TV in the main bedroom, which wasn't that great when sharing with others in our party.”
